Carmichael UK is looking for an experienced Contracts Admin to join our client based in Perth, Western Australia
The successful CA will be report to the Construction Manager for effective management of contracts from procurement to close out.
The CA also provides support with commercials and procurement during the project execution phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and document contractual arrangements that suit the procurement requirements.
- Apply value for money considerations to support and inform decisions.
- Maintain records and provide reports on the procurement process.
- Develop procurement specifications and documentation.
- Identify commercial, probity and procurement risks relating to the procurement activity.
- Confirm all supplier/contractor obligations as having been met prior to agreements being finalised
- Achieve and maintain confidence of stakeholders through high standards of behaviour and ethical conduct.
Key Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Business degree)
- Key provisions of relevant legislation from all levels of government that may affect aspects of business operations
- Basic cost, budgeting, accounting and financial management principles
- Techniques for project budget and valuation forecasting and analysis
- Contract review processes and techniques
