Role Overview:
As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be involved in site supervision, project management, and technical engineering support. Working closely with senior engineers, you will develop your skills while contributing to real-world projects that shape the future of the civils environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to meet project timelines.
- Conduct site surveys, setting out, and quality control checks to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any challenges promptly.
- Help maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, drawings, and technical records.
- Provide support in interpreting and implementing engineering designs and plans.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills with a good understanding of engineering principles.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
Desirable:
- Previous internship or work placement experience in the construction or engineering sector.
- Familiarity with setting out, surveying equipment, and modern construction technologies.
