Key Requirements
- Work Health and Safety Qualifications
- General Safety Induction card
- First Aid qualifications
- Highly Desirable – Previous experience in Civil Construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and continually improving site-based work health, safety and environmental performance by leading and reporting on:
- Internal audits / inspections.
- Health of HSE Culture.
- Task observations and reporting findings to relevant personnel.
- Incidents and non-conformances.
- Maintain appropriate incident reporting systems, for incidents and near misses in the workplace.
- Lead the review and analysis of incident and occurrences in the workplace, to establish corrective actions.
- Monitor all detailed permits in collaboration with the project management team.
- Conduct site specific inductions for new employees.
- Contribute to prestart meetings where required with relevant personnel.
