Job Title: Pre-Construction Engineer

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer with experience in preconstruction. You will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, execution, and successful completion of piling construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about engineering and eager to drive excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities:
•    Lead and manage all aspects of piling projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
•    Provide technical expertise and guidance on piling techniques, equipment selection, and construction methodologies.
•    Collaborate closely with project managers, junior engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and strategies.
•    Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
•    Oversee the execution of piling operations, including driving, drilling, and other piling techniques, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
•    Monitor project progress, budget performance, and resource allocation, implementing corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
•    Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in project delivery, driving efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of marine construction.
•    Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
•    Experience in construction projects, with a focus on piling or geotechnical operations.
•    Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects from conception to completion.
•    Strong technical expertise in marine piling techniques, equipment, and materials.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
•    Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
