Project Manager Role
Carmichael UK is looking for a Project Manager to join our client based in Melbourne, VIC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct supervision of on-the-job activities of their allocated projects.
Key requirements
- A good level of education (degree level preferred)
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in Commercial Build or High Spec Residential Projects
- Good leadership skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the project from handover to completion of the project at the end of the DLP.
- Prepare, control, review and update key documents
- Attend Client meetings
- Provide monthly forecast cost reports for review
- Be responsible for the quality control of trade suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor progress of construction in relation to Construction Program
- Liaise with Site Manager and control the direction and expenditure of site activities. Maintain project quality.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring staff conform to safety procedures
