Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects in the areas of bridges, water/wastewater treatment, and reinforced concrete structures. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and oversee all phases of project execution from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project activities.
- Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and project documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster strong client relationships and support business development through successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing infrastructure projects in one or more of the following areas: bridges, water/wastewater treatment facilities, or concrete structures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
