Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager with specialized experience in piling or ground engineering within the civil engineering field. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing piling projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards. Ideally you would have previously worked for a piling contractor.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and completion of piling projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Apply expertise in piling methods, foundation design, and testing to drive successful project outcomes.
3. Collaborate with subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to optimize project performance.
4. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
5. Enforce and promote safety protocols, creating a secure working environment for all team members.
6. Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
7. Address and resolve project-related challenges promptly to ensure the smooth progression of projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on piling projects.
3. Proficiency in various piling methods, foundation design principles, and testing techniques.
4. Familiarity with construction regulations, permitting processes, and compliance standards.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience with project management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
7. Adaptability to evolving project scopes and timelines.
