We are seeking a Schemes Project Manager to oversee the design, delivery, and management of highway maintenance and asset management projects. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain the highest standards of operational safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage highway maintenance projects, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement effective procurement and contract strategies.
- Draft contractual correspondence and facilitate collaborative solutions.
- Prepare reports, financial documentation, and contractual agreements.
- Implement and maintain office management systems, including filing and document control.
- Participate in contractual meetings, taking technical minutes and compiling reports.
