: Senior Project Engineer

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer with experience in roads and pavements. The successful candidate will lead and manage road and pavement projects, ensuring successful project delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage road and pavement projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to plan and schedule project activities, allocate resources, and optimize project efficiency.
- Apply specialized knowledge and expertise in roads and pavements to provide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal team members, to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in road and pavement projects, with a preference for experience in road construction and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of road and pavement design, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
