Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to determine project viability.
- Oversee the design, procurement, and construction processes, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
