Site Foreman Role
Carmichael UK is looking for a Site Foreman to join our Client based in Melbourne, VIC.
Your role will be reporting directly to the Site Manager and is responsible for ensuring that trades operate work in a cooperative and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all work is adequately planned well in advance of the actual work commencing.
- Reporting all incidents, injuries and near misses.
- Ensuring regular attendance to daily prestart meetings.
- Undertaking HSE reviews (Safety walks as required) with trade contractors to ensure compliance.
- Assisting the Site Manager in managing on site construction activity and costs within established project budget.
Key Requirements
- Minimum two years construction experience
- Strong ability to influence construction teams, sub-contractors and consultants towards the successful delivery of projects.
- The willingness to provide quality service to customers and sub-contractors
- A strong attention to detail.
